While I was demoing other products along with RF, I came across Atlas and Stardex. Both very good products, but we ultimately went with RF. The one thing both of these had that RF doesn't have is they automatically detect resume attachments in emails and add them to files in the database. If the profile doesn't exist, it parses the resume and then asks for approval before adding to the system. Having this in RF would be VERY cool and eliminate the guesswork of whether or not your recruiters are adding all the resumes they get in from candidates.
