Campaigns: remove autostop on relpy

Right now, if a candidate gets added to a campaig and they reply to an Email, the Campaign will stop. I still want the campaign to continue even though the candidate replied as these are monthly check ins i want to automate. Is it possible to add a toggle that we can choose if we want the campaing to stop on reply or if we want it to keep going?
