Candidate Marketing (per-candidate float automation) Trigger source: When a candidate is added to a “Candidate Marketing Campaign”. What AIRA should do: Generate an email draft per client contact you select (e.g. same candidate marketed to 10 companies). Each email uses the same core candidate pitch but tweaks: Pain points relevant to that company (e.g. logistics vs procurement vs planning). Value proposition match (e.g. “X’s ERP background aligns with your SAP rollout” vs “X’s network with freight providers fits your supplier expansion”). Language tone depending on seniority of recipient. Auto-schedule follow-ups (e.g. “Did you get a chance to review?” with new snippet of value). Example Flow: Candidate Profile Input: Resume + key selling points + recruiter’s notes. Company Context Input: Industry, hiring trends, recent news, existing roles. AIRA Output: Email to Company A = highlights ERP project experience. Email to Company B = highlights last-mile delivery exposure.
