The "primary file" on a candidates profile should be the most recent file. I have been mistakenly looking at the wrong resume a number of times as I am sorting through candidates.

Yes + Please offer the option to "unselect all" or "select one" document when we submit a candidate - right now, its a mess... need to unselect 45 docs when submitting candidates..
