It would be very helpful if when you add a customized activity to a candidate that is in a job it also updates in the job pipeline. For Instance, when I screen a candidate for a certain job I need to update the candidates activity profile, so I can find that activity at a later date, AND move them down the pipeline in the job. It should all be connected as one.
