Feature request: careers page design
The careers page currently offers very little design control — a button
colour, a logo, a header image. No layout choice, no typography, no
control over section order. Next to a modern company website it looks
dated, and since this is where candidates actually apply, that costs
applications.
Three specific points:
1. No layout templates. Every Recruiterflow careers page looks identical.
Three or four moderntemplates would solve most of this
2. The header breaks without an image: no upload means a 500px solid black block. It should collapse or fall back to a neutral background.
3. No localisation of the application form. Field labels stay in English (Upload Resume, Full Name, Candidate Profile) while the rest of the page is German. Is localisation on the roadmap?
One small change would help immediately: a custom CSS field, like the existing tracking code fields. That would let agencies match the page to
their brand without waiting for template
