It would be nice if the contact thumbs up/down could trigger different stage movement outcomes for different jobs. For some jobs, I use the client portal actions for preliminary approval (before candidate outreach), but for others I use it to submit candidates who've been contacted already, and there's currently no way to customize that action to different stages on a job level.
