Contact records different color than Candidate

Many times a person could be both a Contact and a Candidate. When typing the name and hitting enter, the record that comes up looks the same for each and we don't realize which came up without looking to the URL.
What'd help is to be able to control the look (such as background or tab color) of each type of record.
