Create a job template from an existing job

We should be able to take an existing job in RF and turn it into a template. Seems like an idiot move to create an awesome job and then have to go and try and manually create the template in a separate area manually. We are missing this functionality in the drop down of options from an existing or closed job.

I would also add something else to this - namely the ability to reorder the questions in the application form by 'drag and drop', like you can with custom fields. If you can't do this and you want to add another question to the form, and present it in a logical order to applicants, you have to start over or copy and paste all the questions from the point at which you want to insert the new question. Which is rather time consuming and frustrating.
