would be great if you could access where you create a template from this screen, perhaps where you click on select template - at the bottom could say create new and then something would pop up similar to what is in settings that would be populated with what you already have drafted in the email and allow you to add the "fields" that are available in settings. point is to avoid having to go from the candidate screen into settings into another area. link it all directly and have it as a pop up.
