Right now, when users buy the email and phone lookup add-on, they don’t get notified when their credits are running low or if they’ve run out. This can cause disruptions in their workflow since they won’t know why they suddenly can’t fetch candidate details. The idea is to set up a simple notification system that alerts users (through email/product banner) when they’re close to finishing their credits and prompts them to buy more. This keeps things smooth for customers, helps us increase revenue from credit purchases, and reduces unnecessary frustration. A simple fix that can make a big difference.
