CV view from candidate list page

Hi Guys,
I was wondering if it might be possible to "hover" over a candidate on a list page to view their CV rather than having to click 3 times into their profile to view the CV?
This would make things much easier for a "quick view" rather than multiple clicks for review.
The magnifying icon on my old CRM allows this.
