Deal to Job Conversions - make 'Pipeline specific'

The deal-to-joke conversion functionality within CRM settings is excellent. However, it could be even better if you would make this conditional upon whichever pipeline the deal happens to be in. Clearly, a standard pipeline will be potential new business, but other pipelines might apply to non-fee earning activity, such as events or blogs or other client related marketing-activities that we can manage within the CRM. Does that make sense?
