Email notifications for Client Portal

When ever a client actions anything in the portal / writes a note, the consultants who are attached to the jobs will get email notifications (regardless if the client does not write @ and then the person's name as they will not remember this or know).
Getting email notifications will be incredibly helpful in managing the process and being able to respond quickly and efficiently.
