the Kanban view of the jobs is rough. it takes too long to load, it loads as open and it doesn't segment the jobs. it would be nice to be a dashboard of sorts where if I wanted to check on a salespersons reqs, or if i wanted an overarching view to simply have the companies with open reqs in our system listed in the dashboard and i can select the company, see a list of reqs, then select the req and THEN see the kanban view. currently, you select Jobs and a few open, scroll down, select load more, scroll, hit load more, scroll, hit load more etc. its very frustrating to get an oberheard view of the business
