External recruiter or contact ( hiring manager) allowed to move through the pipeline

It would be great if the hiring manager was allowed to move candidates through the stages shared with them. Not the thumbs up feature ( only allows one move) but, multiple stages.

This would be crucial for our company. There is too much back and forth now between the Hiring Manager and recruiter updating on the status of each candidate. The thumbs up feature is only used when candidate is moved to Hired.
