When a candidate is created or updated from a CV containing a portrait photo, Recruiterflow should automatically extract the photo and use it as the candidate’s profile picture. This already works in ATS such as Teamtailor. It would be especially useful for candidates coming through career pages or job boards, as they are not added through the LinkedIn Chrome extension. For teams managing many active roles, profile photos make candidates easier to recognize and improve collaboration and handovers between recruiters
