I wanted to suggest an idea that would be a huge help to us consultants when processing inquiries. It would allow us to work faster on jobs. This is an important feature that I’ve seen in other CRM systems (like Timejob). When you’re in the Jobs window, it would be great if I could search for candidates there. For example, I open the Jobs window. There’s a field that says “Search Candidates for this Position.” Then we enter the search criteria, such as controlling experience, location, and radius. After that, I select candidates from the list and add them directly to the job. Afterward, the added candidates can go through the existing pipeline (stages: Sourced, Client Screen, etc.). If necessary, you could even choose whether to transfer the search to LinkedIn or a similar platform. Is it possible to implement something like this? And ideally, to connect it to AIRA so that the system automatically searches for suitable candidates on its own?
