Give option for click to call

I use twilio with recruiterflow for SMS messaging but do not want to use it for click to call as I want to use my softphone on my mac to dial calls when clicking on a number. Please give the option to decide whether to have Twilio do SMS and Click to call or just SMS and NOT click to call.
