Currently, the job board only allows filtering by individual locations (cities). Because there is no state-level filter, all jobs must be listed as City, State, which results in a long and cluttered location dropdown. Candidates have no way to view all jobs within a single state (e.g., all New York or all Washington roles), which makes location-based searching difficult and unintuitive. Proposed solution: Let candidates first choose a State, then optionally narrow down to a City if they want.
