When generating a Candidate Summary, AIRA should compare the candidate with the associated job. If multiple jobs are associated, AIRA should ask the user to select one. The result should include: Match score from 1–10 Must-have requirements met Requirements not evidenced Relevant transferable experience Key gaps Suggested screening questions Recommended next step The assessment should use only documented information from the CV, profile, notes and job requirements. Missing information should be labelled “not evidenced” rather than treated as a missing qualification. An on-demand button is sufficient; the assessment does not need to run automatically.
