Make dashboards clickable and actionable

Dashboards currently show aggregated numbers only. Users cannot click into a metric to view the underlying candidates, contacts, conversations or notes.
This limits dashboards to reporting, while recruitment agencies need dashboards for coaching and execution. Managers must be able to review what consultants actually did, including messages sent, conversations, follow-ups and notes.
Without drill-down, there is no direct link between performance metrics and real activity. This makes coaching, quality control and performance management harder as teams grow.
Adding record-level drill-down would turn dashboards into an active management tool and significantly increase their value for scaling recruitment agencies.
