Hi Kornel,
Thank you for sharing your detailed use case. This really helps us understand your workflow better.
I’ll be passing your suggestion about making system stages movable in the pipeline to our product team for review.
In the meantime, you might find it helpful to use a job template with customized stages.
While the positions of “Sourced” and “Applied” can’t be changed, you can add an additional “Applications” stage after your screening round to better match your process.
It’s not a perfect workaround, but it should help bridge the gap until we can explore a more flexible solution.
Thanks again for your input! If you have any other ideas or feedback, please keep them coming.

Hi Kornel,
We can now disable the “Applied” stage for all your jobs from our end. This will allow you to create a custom job template with your preferred stages, tailored exactly to your workflow.
Just let us know when you’d like us to make this change. That way, you’ll have time to set up your custom job template and move any candidates currently in the Applied stage to their new home.
We’re here to help if you need any support with the transition. Just let me know here!
