Mark call task as complete after you makie call

It would save time if the system automatically marked a task as complete if you have a task for a contact you're calling, same thing honestly for candidates, it should automatically move candidates saved to a job in "sourced" to "screened" when you submit a scorecard. just elimate extra steps
