Could you please look into adding a middle name field to the candidate profile section? This addition would greatly improve our ability to distinguish between candidates with the same first and last names, helping to avoid confusion during the recruitment process. Additionally, many of our candidates have middle names and would appreciate having their full names accurately reflected on their profiles. Including a dedicated field for middle names would ensure greater accuracy in candidate records and enhance the overall candidate experience.
