When candidates apply, it is tidious to go through the pipelines and review candidates. A new look would be great: > Start Application Review > Show first applicant, full-screen, with (a) details and (b) CV and (c) clickable actions (i.e. job status) immediately visible // Similar to tinder > Once I click a status / decided on status or next task, immediately the next candidate appears (similar to what power dialers do, we just go quickly through all candidates)
