Let's say I uploaded a Solidity developer resume on RF. It's not letting me add him to the Solidity Developer job because the job is closed.
It would actually make sense or make it easier for us if we're able to place them even in closed jobs so when the job reopens, we can revisit those who are somewhat fit for the job
