Recruiterflow Ideas

First, just as a starter, can someone tell me why the message suggested ideas blue tab stays in the middle of the screen all the time? If it can be resolved by something I can do, please let me know. I have made this suggestion many times before, and it falls on deaf ears. Notifications are only helpful if there is an attempt to interrupt the normal activity of the day. When we make a reminder of any sort there needs to be a "Ding" and a "Flash" of a notice that will tell us what we wanted to be reminded of in the first place. Again, if I'm missing something and this is an option please feel free to let me know.
