We would like to suggest for the parsing capability to be available directly within the formatted resume workflow. At present, adding the original resume or manually redacting unnecessary information from it does not achieve the intended purpose of using the formatted resume feature. It would be best if we could use our company brand while utilizing and maximizing the feature. The significant sections we wish the system to reliably parse from the original resume into the formatted resume are: 1) Work experience - including corresponding duties and responsibilities, as well as projects (where applicable) 2) Education details - fully parsed to include certifications, courses, and publications 3) Skills - captured in detail as written in the original resume We believe that enabling this level of parsing would significantly improve usability and align the feature with its intended purpose.
