Hi - when pitching candidates, your notification process is deficient for a couple reasons: 1 - if I miss an email or an email wasn't delivered notifying me of interest or decline, i have no way to see the result of my pitch 2- sometimes recruiters work together, and we would like to share the result of a pitch between recruiters. So, for example, if I pitch a candidate, but another recruiter wants to follow up, they have no way to see how the person the pitch was sent to reacted. I suggest an area where you can check the status of pitches globally (for all users, or select who has access to it) OR, when sending a pitch, give it the option to respond to someone other than yourself (ex, a generic email account that is a distribution list).
