Recruitment businesses are now more complex than just "filling jobs". Having one pipeline for potential recruiting work that might be converted into a deal with terms signed, is one thing we all have. However, please can you consider adding Different 'Pipeline Types' and 'Deal Types' so that we can swap between the default Pipeline and other customisable configurations (similar to how we can already do with Job stages and different Engagement Types). That way, we will be able to view different types of deals or projects, which might be anyting from Outplacement Projects, to collaborating with contacts on social media blogs, podcasts or other marketing activities. That way we can filter by deal type and track each in a similar, but customisable manner (ie different Kanban columns).
