Quick "Team Availability" Events on Dashboard

I would like to suggest adding a "Quick Event" or "Status" toggle directly on the main dashboard. This would allow users to log internal events such as Home Office, Sick Day, or Vacation with a single click.
The Problem:
Currently, tracking team availability requires checking external calendars or deep-diving into individual profiles. As a Delivery Lead, I need to see at a glance who is available to work on new requirements without leaving the Recruiterflow environment.
Proposed Solution:
One-Click Action: A button/dropdown on the dashboard (e.g., "Set My Status") to quickly log out-of-office time.
Team Visibility: These events should be color-coded and visible on the shared Team Calendar/Dashboard so the Sales and Sourcing teams can immediately see who is active.
Sync: Ideally, these status updates would bi-directionally sync with our connected Google/Outlook calendars.

Capacity Planning: Immediate overview of recruiter bandwidth for better task distribution
