I’d love to see a scoring feature for applicants where resumes are automatically compared to the job description they apply to. The system could check for keyword alignment, job title similarity, industry experience, years of experience, and required certifications. The result would be a numeric score that ranks applicants; higher scores meaning a closer fit, and low scores flagging misaligned applications. This would help prioritize reviews and speed up shortlisting. THIS is for applicants only, I am not referring to matching candidates to the job from the database. I want to know if an applicant should get immediate attention based on a score. An AI Agent that takes a candidate's resume and runs a comparative analysis against a job that they have applied to (or any job selected in a dropdown). This would help make faster qualification/review decisions. The output could show green./amber/red ratings for each specific job requirement, etc.
