Recipe -> update Candidate Owner when stage is updated

Create a recipe where the Recruiter who moves Stages for a candidate, becomes the Candidate Lead Owner automatically.
Currently, lead owner can be 2 years old and while another recruiter is working with that Candidate, the lead owner needs to be manually updated.
