When reviewing candidates in the job Kanban view, if we open the record and close it, the Kanban view remains 'underneath' - so it's easy to continue working where you left off, and in some instances, we can also use the left and right arrow to move to the next candidate in the 'lane/column'. However, I have noticed a problem.... If the candidate record needs refreshing (eg adding Linkedin, or going to Linkedin to use the Chrome Extension to bring everything back up to date) the user loses the ability to see the job Kanban. This is particularly frustrating when working on a single job and doing batched work, moving from one candiate to another - it just slows down the process. What it does is removes the job Kanban from underneath the Candidate profile, and replaces it with the full Candidaet index. What we need is the ability to make particular filtered jobs more "sticky" so that we can remain in context on a particular project and remain focused.
