Remove "Primary CV" marking by default

When a candidate applies for the first time, that CV is immediately marked as "Primary CV" showing on top of the CV files list. If the candidate, in the future, has more recent CVs in file, the old and primary will still come first, it has to manually be removed as the primary. Can the product team build a way to automate the removal of the primary CV marking?
