There currently isn’t an option to save your search setup (keywords, skills, etc.) as a reusable segment. If you exit the AIRA search page, the search is not saved. This makes it very difficult and time consuming. There is the option to save Tags, Skills, etc. while on a Company of Candidate profile, that is very helpful. We need the same in Sourcing. Once I create a good source profile, I tend to use that multiple times, just different locations so would be very helpful to have this feature. Thanks.
