Is it possible to put a Save/Discard option at the top as well as at the bottom of any editable area on records, globally? Custom field sections can become long, as can some notes, and it would help to avoid too many instances of things not saving.
Just a thought, to help efficiency and accurate capture of important data, and 'loss prevention'.
