\When a CV is sent via email or uploaded anywhere (shared folder, integrated inbox), the system automatically detects the attachment. It parses key candidate info: name, email, phone, current role, experience, skills, and other metadata. Email Signature & Contact Extraction: If the system receives an email from a new contact (client or candidate not in RF), it scans the signature block. Extracted info (name, company, role, phone, email) can be pre-populated into RF as a “potential contact.” Action Queue / Approval Tab: Instead of uploading immediately, the system creates a queue: Each item shows the parsed info. Options: Approve / Edit / Cancel. Allows recruiters to double-check accuracy before it enters the system. Smart Suggestions & Enrichment Optional: enrich parsed info with LinkedIn or internal database check. Highlight missing or inconsistent fields before final approval. Final Upload Once approved, the candidate/contact is added to RF, tagged
