each deal, job and candidate hired to a req gets a unique ID #. We use this when porting into things like ADP or Quickbooks to track projects and receivables. Also, when creating a reports its important to see the result. for example, i have a report to see how many calls were made by my sales team and by user, but i can't filter to the result of the call. was it a voicemail? did they connect and the sales person did not convert into a meeting etc?
