Would it be possible to add a feature in the Email Templates section that allows you to toggle templates as visible or hidden? The list of templates can get quite long, especially when it includes vacancies that are no longer active — but you also don’t want to delete them in case the same position becomes relevant again later. At the moment, I copy those templates into Word and save them on my computer, but it would be much more convenient if they could simply be hidden temporarily within the system.
