I don't see the possibility to sync task/reminders from Recruiterflow directly to Gmail/Outlook calendar. It would be really helpful to create timed calendar reminders like "Call candidate x",...

Ability to unsubscribe/snooze candidates and contacts in bulk from Advanced Search. Ability to reverse this as well.

Whenever information on a profile changes, such as the address, phone number, or email, make that change visible in the activity of that individual.

Allow to create a card with an upcoming task overview.

Applicants increase when salary is advertised. It would also be great to add the "skills" keywords.

When internally tagging in the notes section, external contacts should not come up as an option, unless they are a contact for the associated job. It can lead to mistaken tags to irrelevant people.

It would be great if we could re-order the custom activities so the commonly used are near the top or groups of activities are clustered for ease of finding.
