Top Creatives for Dynamic & Automated App Ads

Hey everyone!

With our latest update you can include Dynamic and Automated App Ads creatives in creatives performance reports.

In order to do this, you’ll have to keep the Breakdown by platform and device checkbox unchecked. Keep in mind that breakdowns will not be available in case you include DCO/AAA in the report.

If you have questions or any feedback about the update, just let us know in the in-app chat!

Breakdowns for Pixel-based metrics in reports are no longer supported

Hello everyone,

We have an update related to Apple's iOS 14 release and the changes that have resulted. Facebook will no longer be able to show breakdowns for pixel based events (such as Website Purchases, Website purchase ROAS, etc.) due to iOS 14 update.

Here is the list of our reporting features where delivery and action breakdowns are no longer available for off-Facebook action metrics:

Reports

  • Breakdown widgets
  • Breakdowns in Pie chart

Top creatives

  • Breakdown by platforms and devices in cards
  • Breakdowns by age, gender, location, etc.

Attribution Settings in Rules & Reports

Heads up everyone! 🙂

We have updated Attribution settings for Facebook Rules and Reports.

You might have noticed a new toggle 'Use ad set attribution window' and wondered, how does this work?

  • Use ad set attribution window is ON. Revealbot rule will take Attribution settings used in the Ads Manager
  • Use ad set attribution window is OFF. You set up Attribution window inside Revealbot rule. Make sure Attribution settings in Ads manager match attribution in the rule to avoid discrepancies.

Here’s how this impacts Campaign level rules:

When this toggle is on, you use Attribution settings from the Ads manager. All metrics will be summed up correctly at the Campaign level if you have the same Attribution settings for all Ad sets in a single Campaign. Otherwise Facebook can’t count metrics coming from Pixel (like Website purchases), they will be returned as 0.

Check out our Help Center article to find more info about Attribution settings in rules.

Multiple Revealbot account support

Individual Revealbot user accounts can now be invited to and work in more than one Revealbot company account.

Quite often customers need to have access to several Revealbot accounts, for example their agency's account and a client who has their own Revealbot account.

When the same email address is invited to another Revealbot account, they will be able to accept the invitation and switch between the company accounts they have access to from their profile menu.
