Now Serving App Update: Medicine Delivery
Though the Now Serving app is on the patient side and not really affecting your usage of SeriousMD, we'd like to keep you all up to date with the Now Serving app updates.
A new Now Serving App Update is out.
Just in case your patients mention it to you, the latest update enables patients to order their meds online.
Yup, medicine delivery straight to their doorsteps.
- Metro Manila - Mondays to Saturdays, Same Day Delivery for orders before 11am. Sunday orders will be confirmed on Monday
- Provincial delivery subject to availability of medicine in branches in the area but similar schedule to Metro Manila
To order: The patient simply opens the prescription, tap the "ORDER NOW" button and follows the instructions. (Step by step preview for you, click here )
The patient will receive a call to verify the order (Mondays to Fridays: 7am-5pm / Saturdays: 8am to 4pm)
You can ask your patient to just order from there to get it delivered.
Notes:
- Orders currently fulfilled by MedExpress (we'll try to add more soon)
- Medicine pricing is based on their current pricing, no additional charges per medicine.
- Orders above 1,000 = waived delivery fee (Except for those that availed Senior/PWD discount)
- Waiving of delivery fee is subject to local branch reachability to the customer's area (farther areas might use a courier like 2Go)

The other day, we mentioned that we're looking into further protecting your prescriptions, so patients cannot just re-use it at any point they want and it protects you, the doctor, as well.
We'll need everybody's cooperation, including the pharmacies. This is just the first step in giving you more peace of mind for your issued prescriptions while minimizing the need for patients to linger in pharmacies.
We’ll do our best to continue improving it. We're taking it 1 step at a time. Taking 1 step forward is better than nothing 😅
