AI-Assisted Healthcare: Improving Efficiency and Patient Care with Artificial Intelligence
You might notice that some bookings you receive and accept have this structured summary that comes with it automatically, aside from the chief complaint. Something like this in the picture. 👇🏼
We're currently testing AI inside the NowServing app to lead patients to the right specialty (those that are lost or have no idea how to get help with what they are experiencing) to create a summary based on what the patient is feeling and then summarizing it once it gets to you.
We're still in the testing phase. We know there's an infinite number of ways to improve this or apply to other features but we have to be intentional as using AI has added cost implications.
Our goals with this at the moment is that it helps the lost patient get the healthcare attention they need and of course, save time for the doctor as there are more data points before the start of the consultation.
