ShiftCare will send out notifications when care workers start or finish shift. Further, you can stay on top of support by receiving inbox alert every time a new progress note 📝 is added and more.
Getting alerted for important notification e.g. incident or injury 🤕 is big plus with ShiftCare. Therefore, we are releasing ability to choose the notifications that are important to you. Simply select email notifications from the dropdown within Staff settings:
🙌 Shift start and finish notifications are turned off by default. You can update this via Staff detail settings
You will start to see new look emails dropping into your inbox that will help you easily keep a finger on pulse of your business from staff starting/finishing their shift to progress note submitted and everything else 😎
👉 Do not forget to white list email@example.com email to ensure ShiftCare notification do not get caught up in 🕸junk folder.

Ops role is designed for team members who can perform most tasks within ShiftCare but no access to financial information such as invoices. With this in mind, Ops role access has been further restricted to not allow access to Account Settings, Pricebooks and PayItems.
The good news comes in the form of our new look scheduler, which isn’t just smoother on the outside – it runs a whole lot faster too!
We’ve been working hard to update the scheduler. When you Login to ShiftCare, you’ll be met with a cleaner, more stylish interface.
