Xero API had an outage this afternoon whereby any timesheet sync calls to Xero were failing. Xero team seem to have restored the service and calls are going through now. You can read futher about Xero outage on their status page in link below:
You can now add comments while updating a shift so that your office team members are aware of the changes that you might have made.
Due to this update some customers will be required to update their mapping of Shift type Ids within KeyPay due an update to Shift Type Ids within ShiftCare system.
You can now map custom job codes into your ShiftCare MYOB invoicing and timesheet export files! From your account settings page (Account > Settings), navigate to 'Edit time and attendance' and select from the available Job code mapping options. You can choose Area (default), create a custom field, or choose shift type:
To create a Client Custom Field, head over to your client profile pages, and update the 'Custom Field' for each client...
When you export your timesheets and invoices, these fields will automatically appear in your download files ready for importing into MYOB 🎉
We've introduced shift colour tags to the Scheduler! You can now assign customised colour tags to your shift types to make it easy to identify what's on your schedule at a glance. Just head to Account > Settings and edit your Shift types to colour your day!
In a recent update to the app, the shift type will now be shown on the shift cards when viewing the schedule. For those using areas, there won't be a change, the area name. In the example below, Respite care, Domestic assistance etc are the shift types.
