Xero API had an outage this afternoon whereby any timesheet sync calls to Xero were failing. Xero team seem to have restored the service and calls are going through now. You can read futher about Xero outage on their status page in link below:
NDIS recently released an updated March 2021 price guide. To use the latest Price Guide within your ShiftCare account, simply go to Account > Prices and click on Update March 2021 NDIS prices.

NDIS recently released updated 2020-21 price guide. You can update 2020-21 prices within your account by going to Account > Prices > Update 2020 Price Guide.
On Thursday 27th August between 7pm and 8pm AEST we will be performing some critical work on the infrastructure 👩💻which support the ShiftCare system.
During this time we are expecting the system to be slower than usual, however, things will continue to work; your team will still be able to submit notes, clock in and out and you will be able to schedule shifts. This will happen a little slower than you are used to.
Please let your team members know who might be using the system during this time.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause during this short window. We will complete the work as quickly as possible during 7pm to 8pm window.

We have also made it super easy for your to update your NDIS prices within your ShiftCare account. Simply click on Update NDIS prices and select all relevant prices before hitting update. If any issue, please let us know.
You can find latest prices under Account>Prices in the side bar menu and then click on Actions --> Import NDIS Prices.
