Due to this update some customers will be required to update their mapping of Shift type Ids within KeyPay due an update to Shift Type Ids within ShiftCare system.
We had number of issues reported today with some shifts missing on Scheduler. This was caused due to a plugin upgrade. We have now rectified the issue and working with vendor to find a permanent fix.

Scheduler will use shift End Time or Start Time account setting to include hours for a given period (daily/weekly/fortnightly).
When exporting invoices for MYOB import, account code was reverting to default value after updating latest NDIS prices. This is now fixed 💪
Finding it difficult to view a cancelled shift when only one client cancelled the shift🤔?
🛠 We've updated our filter for cancel status in the scheduler 🙌.
The cancelled filter now shows the shift that cancelled by one client. Please select the cancelled filter in the scheduler to view the cancelled schedule.
The print billing report is now showing the same totals as the billing report.
