Great news: We've just released a new customer data deletion feature for you. Use it to clear your calendar of inactive client data and perform privacy-compliant deletions on an ongoing basis. The result will be a clean and tidy customer database. To do this, click on the "Delete customers" function in the Customers section. You can find more information in our Helpcenter article.
Tip: You can define what you consider to be an inactive customer. For example, you can choose to delete a customer from your database after 6, 12 or 24 months without any further appointment. Here you can align yourself entirely with your own business model!
